By using our pharmacy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. SMS Consent Communication
Information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications
If consent has been given to receive text messages from MedStop Pharmacy, messages may be received related to the following:
- Prescription ready notifications
- Appointment reminders
- Follow-up messages
- Billing inquiries
- Refill reminders
- Health and wellness tips
- Promotions or offers (if applicable)
Example: "Hello, this is a reminder that your prescription is ready for pickup at MedStop Pharmacy. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your prescriptions, appointments, or account status.
Message frequency may vary based on your pharmacy activity and health needs.
4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on the carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
MedStop Pharmacy is not responsible for carrier charges.
5. Opt-In Method
Opt-in to receive SMS messages from MedStop Pharmacy can be done in the following ways:
- Verbally, during a conversation with our staff
- By submitting an online form on our website
- By filling out a paper form at our pharmacy location
- By checking the SMS consent box on prescription forms
6. Opt-Out Method
Opting out of receiving SMS messages can be done at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message received.
Alternatively, direct contact can be made to request removal from the messaging list by calling (407) 636-6115 or emailing support@medstop.com.
If SMS messages are not desired, the SMS consent box on forms can be left unchecked.

8. Prescription Services & Requirements
All prescriptions must be valid and from licensed healthcare providers. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions with prescribing physicians
and may refuse to fill prescriptions that don't meet legal requirements. Controlled substances require additional verification and may have quantity limitations.
9. Privacy Policy & HIPAA Compliance
We are committed to protecting your health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your prescription and health information
will be kept confidential and used only for legitimate healthcare purposes. Patient information will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
10. Payment Terms & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept most insurance plans and will work with you to maximize your benefits.
Co-pays and deductibles are due at time of pickup. We also accept cash, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
11. Refund & Return Policy
Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed due to safety and regulatory requirements.
Refunds may be considered for billing errors or insurance processing issues. Over-the-counter items may be returned within 30 days with receipt.
12. Standard Messaging Disclosures
Message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by texting "STOP."

13. Limitation of Liability
MedStop Pharmacy's liability is limited to the cost of the medication or service provided. We are not responsible for adverse drug reactions
when medications are used as prescribed, delays in delivery due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, or technical issues with SMS services.
